The Girl's Got Talent Beyond Words.

This is powerful! Please take the time to view this video...

"Being happy doesn't mean everything is perfect. It means you've decided to see beyond the imperfections."

This video shows the winner of 2009's "Ukraine 's Got Talent", Kseniya Simonova, 24, drawing a series of pictures on an illuminated sand table showing how ordinary people were affected by the German invasion during World War II.  Her talent, which admittedly is a strange one, is mesmeric to watch.

The images, projected onto a large screen, moved many in the audience to tears and she won the top prize of about $75,000.

She begins by creating a scene showing a couple sitting holding hands on a bench under a starry sky, but then warplanes appear and the happy scene is obliterated.

It is replaced by a woman's face crying, but then a baby arrives and the woman smiles again.  Once again war returns and Miss Simonova throws the sand into chaos from which a young woman's face appears.

She quickly becomes an old widow, her face wrinkled and sad, before the image turns into a monument to an Unknown Soldier.

This outdoor scene becomes framed by a window as if the viewer is looking out on the monument from within a house.

In the final scene, a mother and child appear inside and a man standing outside, with his hands pressed against the glass, saying goodbye.

The Great Patriotic War, as it is called in Ukraine, resulted in one in four of the population being killed, with eight to 11 million deaths out of a population of 42 million.

An art critic said, "I find it difficult enough to create art using paper and pencils or paintbrushes, but using sand and fingers is beyond me.  The art, especially when the war is used as the subject matter, even brings some audience members to tears.  And there's surely no bigger compliment."

Working Smarter But Nowhere Near As Hard

Bruce Lee said - "One does not accumulate but eliminate. It is not daily increase but decrease. The height of cultivation always runs to simplicity"

Since going bankrupt, I have had the forced opportunity to eliminate everything and start again.

In doing so I am only picking up & doing the things that produce the largest results.

I am working smarter but nowhere near as hard. In fact I don't work hard at all.

My life is easier than it has been for years, I have loads more time, I do less work but I accomplish more.

I spend my time only on things that benefit myself and others around me, I see friends more, I take more time off to look around, I've started writing several books…I am doing more in less time.

By eliminating the things that produce little to no results I have moved further forward in six weeks than I managed in the last 18 months.

And it is all thanks to re-learning what I had forgotten.

If you want to see how to overcome the biggest obstacle in your path then go and watch these videos Best wishes Andy Shaw

Woo hoo! Yes, “lifestyle business” is really meaningless, unless you’re talking about a business like a personal chef company or a personal shopper… I guess those would really be “lifestyle businesses” because they are businesses that directly impact the customer’s lifestyle! :)

I think you’re spot on about the stumbling block for most people: there is some notion ingrained in our society about what is and what isn’t “hard work”. It’s like the idea that many “traditional” business people or management types have that if you aren’t at your desk, you aren’t working. Today’s true entrepreneur understands:

1. “Work” happens everywhere and anywhere. It’s the ideas and getting them implemented that count.

2. A healthy life balance means better productivity, happier co-workers/employees, and better chances for success.

3. Success has as many definitions as their are successful people; success can be measured externally, but it’s the internal measures that really matter.

Sleep Well Improve Overall Health

Sleep Education

  • Mind
  • Body
  • Soul
  •  We all know that feeling of mental tiredness, grumpiness and irritability that can come after a poor night's sleep. But did you know that not getting enough quality sleep can also affect:
  • your power to concentrate
  • your ability to make decisions
  • your mood
  • your speech
  • your reactions
  • and your attention span.?
Not sleeping and then driving can be as dangerous as drinking and driving - studies show that staying awake for seventeen hours or more can have the same affect on your mind as a blood alcohol level of 0.05%; the legal limit for driving.

The affects on the mind of not sleeping for a long period of time can be so severe that sleep deprivation has often been used as an interrogation method in times of war.

In most people's everyday life, the effects of lack of sleep on the mind might affect your work performance, your general concentration or your ability to complete tasks.

It's not just mental ability that can be affected by lack of sleep, your emotional state can be altered too

People who suffer from sleep disorders, such as sleep apnoea (a potentially dangerous condition that stops sufferers breathing for a few seconds at a time during sleep) can suffer from clinical stress as a result.
For most of us though, the mood and concentration problems caused by lack of sleep can be solved by making small changes to our habits and lifestyle and getting more sleep!

Find out your sleep status with our quick quiz which will reveal what you can do to improve your sleeping habits.

Sleep By Finding Out Your Sleeping Habits

Have a go at our fun sleep quiz to find out what your habits say about your sleep status and what you can do to improve your quality of sleep every night.

Is This Enough Proof All Humans Have Sole

The human soul weighs 1/3,000th of an ounce!

That’s the astonishing claim of East German researchers who recently weighed more than 200 terminally ill patients just before, and immediately after, their deaths.

In each case the weight loss was exactly the same–1/3,000th of an ounce.
The inescapable conclusion is that we have now confirmed the existence of the human soul and determined its weight,” Dr. Becker Mertens of Dresden said in a letter printed in the German science journal Horizon.

The challenge before us now is to figure out exactly what the soul is composed of”, he continued. “We are inclined to believe that it is a form of energy. “But our attempts to identify this energy have been unsuccessful to date.”

The expert’s report, co-authored by physicist Elke Fisher, got mixed review from top scientists around the world. Gerard Voisart, the leading French pathologist, was especially critical, saying that the weight difference between the living and the dead could be accounted for by air leaving the lungs. But Drs. Fisher and Mertens said they took that into account in making their calculations.

They further stated that the device they used to weigh the soul has a margin of error of less than 1/100,000th of an ounce.

It occurred to us that the weight loss could be the result of an instantaneous physical deterioration,” said Dr. Fisher. “But after exhaustive study we agreed that was not the case. The only possible explanation is that we were measuring the loss of the human soul or some kind of life force.”

The communist scientists were careful not to link their study of the soul with a superior being or with afterlife. But church leaders contacted by the European press said the experts’ report confirmed the existence of God and heaven–and praised their breakthrough research.

It’s ironic that communist scientists would conduct a search for the soul, much less declare that they found it,” said one clergyman.

Repeated attempts to get an official statement from the Vatican were unsuccessful. But one highly placed source said Pope John Paul II was aware of the German study. And he reportedly was most impressed. “The Roman Catholic Church has never concerned itself with the weight of the soul, but we are pleased with scientific confirmation of its existence,” the source said.

Anyone heard the saying that scientist climb up a great mountain of knowledge, the interesting part is when the scientists after a long time of questioning and research finally reach the top, to their surprise they find the theologians where sitting there all along!

Anti-Aging Tips and Information Secrets to Longevity

How we age - The Mechanisms of Aging

Not everything is known about how and why we age.  Some believe we have a programmed timetable that determines our lifespan.  Others believe it’s just the wear and tear of time and our environment attacking our bodies.

Cellular research has come up with the following hypotheses of aging:

DNA Damage/Repair

DNA is a set of instructions that our cells use to function  They are as critical to a cell as our brain is to us. Every day there are up to a million assaults on our bodies at the cellular level that can damage the DNA.  These include:
  1. Oxidative damage
  2. Genetic mistakes or typos during DNA replication
  3. Ultraviolet radiation
  4. Exposures to toxins
As the mutations and errors accumulate in the DNA it can cause the cell to malfunction, age, and ultimately die.

Genetic Regulators of Aging

Genetic Regulators are responsible for interpreting the genetic code – reading the instructions.  They can impact a multitude of metabolic processes that can cause dysfunction and aging within the cell.  The Regulators control the balance within the cell.  They control energy production and cell repair  and ultimately cell lifespan.

Mitochondrial Functioning

Mitochondria are the “powerplants” of the cell.  They take the carbohydrates, fats and proteins and transform them into energy.  But they can also produce toxic free radicals during the process.  This can damage cell membranes and DNA.  As the free radicals accumulate they can contribute to the development of diseases we associate with age such as cancer, arthritis, Alzheimer’s and heart disease.

Advanced Glycation End Products (AGE)

As we age, some of the molecules at the cellular level, such as proteins and DNA, cross link with each other.  These cross links can be very damaging and they are directly linked to the damaging effects of aging.  If the cross links are created when glucose reacts with proteins (glycation) they form permanent disabling cross links that has been shown to contribute to cellular aging.  These links are called Advanced Glycation End Products or AGE.

Hormone Production

The neuroendocrine system combines the brain, the nervous system and the endocrine system and their ability to produce hormones.  With age hormone production declines which can result in the loss of muscle mass, elevations in blood pressure, impaired sugar metabolism, and sleep abnormalities.

SO what can we do about it!

Frame~breaker Test

Please see bottom of this page for current frame breaker test link.

A frame~breaker are web sites that contain specific, and purposeful code, to break the page out from any frame it may be contain within.

Buy Traffic For Your BusinessI am in the online advertising business, both as a Internet marketer, promoting my web pages to the world, and as a program owner, a traffic building resource, selling traffic to anyone promoting anything and everything online. For me, both marketer, and advertising business owner, web page frame~breakers are bad.

As a Internet marketer, I promote many promotional pages, thousands on thousands of daily hits, from hundreds of advertising resources. Most, if not all these advertising resources make use of frames, when showing your site to the world. It is a mix bag, some frames viewable, others not, commonly used for delivery and tracking, it is just part of the advertising business.

I have no problems with my sites being shown in frames. I understand, it has zero affect on my branding or my results. I cannot think of one reason why to add a frame~breaking code to my web pages.

Regardless of my opinion, I understand, some people do not want their web page viewed in any frame, and therefore, a frame~breaking code is what they use, and I respect it.

If you are purchasing traffic from TrafficHoopla.com, a perfect mix of traffic from all the current best advertising resources, delivered on an exact daily schedule, we do not allow frame~breakers.

"Find your inner web animal with the BBC Web Behaviour Test"

You are a Web Fox

We need as many people as possible to complete the experiment. Share your web animal with your friends and invite them to take part.

Fast-moving - Web Foxes like you are great at finding information quickly,

just as real-world foxes are always ready to pounce on an opportunity.

Sociable - Foxes are highly social animals, maintaining complex relationships with the other members of their social group. When you browse the web you are also a social creature, often using social networks, or other sites whose content is created by its users, as sources of information.

Adaptable - Web Foxes are highly adaptable multitaskers, able to do several things at the same time – just like real-world foxes who can rapidly change their behaviour to suit their environments.

How we worked out your web animal

Our web animals are just for fun, but the test is based on solid and rigorous science, so your results should tell you something interesting about your web behaviour.

Three aspects of your web behaviour were used to work out your web animal.

Adaptable or specialised?

We aren't always as good at multitasking as we think we are

The internet allows us to do lots of things at the same time. You might be listening to music and updating your blog while receiving news alerts and chatting online with friends. Then an email arrives. Can you switch seamlessly between different tasks? Or are you actually less efficient?

Indeed, a study from Stanford University in California suggests that people who spend their time multitasking might actually be less good at juggling tasks than non-multitaskers.

If you are an ‘adaptable’ web animal, then you scored highly on our tests that measured your ability to multitask. If your web animal is ‘specialised’, then you are probably better suited to taking on one task at a time.

Fast-moving or slow-moving?
