Anti-Aging Tips and Information Secrets to Longevity

How we age - The Mechanisms of Aging

Not everything is known about how and why we age.  Some believe we have a programmed timetable that determines our lifespan.  Others believe it’s just the wear and tear of time and our environment attacking our bodies.

Cellular research has come up with the following hypotheses of aging:

DNA Damage/Repair

DNA is a set of instructions that our cells use to function  They are as critical to a cell as our brain is to us. Every day there are up to a million assaults on our bodies at the cellular level that can damage the DNA.  These include:
  1. Oxidative damage
  2. Genetic mistakes or typos during DNA replication
  3. Ultraviolet radiation
  4. Exposures to toxins
As the mutations and errors accumulate in the DNA it can cause the cell to malfunction, age, and ultimately die.

Genetic Regulators of Aging

Genetic Regulators are responsible for interpreting the genetic code – reading the instructions.  They can impact a multitude of metabolic processes that can cause dysfunction and aging within the cell.  The Regulators control the balance within the cell.  They control energy production and cell repair  and ultimately cell lifespan.

Mitochondrial Functioning

Mitochondria are the “powerplants” of the cell.  They take the carbohydrates, fats and proteins and transform them into energy.  But they can also produce toxic free radicals during the process.  This can damage cell membranes and DNA.  As the free radicals accumulate they can contribute to the development of diseases we associate with age such as cancer, arthritis, Alzheimer’s and heart disease.

Advanced Glycation End Products (AGE)

As we age, some of the molecules at the cellular level, such as proteins and DNA, cross link with each other.  These cross links can be very damaging and they are directly linked to the damaging effects of aging.  If the cross links are created when glucose reacts with proteins (glycation) they form permanent disabling cross links that has been shown to contribute to cellular aging.  These links are called Advanced Glycation End Products or AGE.

Hormone Production

The neuroendocrine system combines the brain, the nervous system and the endocrine system and their ability to produce hormones.  With age hormone production declines which can result in the loss of muscle mass, elevations in blood pressure, impaired sugar metabolism, and sleep abnormalities.

SO what can we do about it!

Frame~breaker Test

Please see bottom of this page for current frame breaker test link.

A frame~breaker are web sites that contain specific, and purposeful code, to break the page out from any frame it may be contain within.

Buy Traffic For Your BusinessI am in the online advertising business, both as a Internet marketer, promoting my web pages to the world, and as a program owner, a traffic building resource, selling traffic to anyone promoting anything and everything online. For me, both marketer, and advertising business owner, web page frame~breakers are bad.

As a Internet marketer, I promote many promotional pages, thousands on thousands of daily hits, from hundreds of advertising resources. Most, if not all these advertising resources make use of frames, when showing your site to the world. It is a mix bag, some frames viewable, others not, commonly used for delivery and tracking, it is just part of the advertising business.

I have no problems with my sites being shown in frames. I understand, it has zero affect on my branding or my results. I cannot think of one reason why to add a frame~breaking code to my web pages.

Regardless of my opinion, I understand, some people do not want their web page viewed in any frame, and therefore, a frame~breaking code is what they use, and I respect it.

If you are purchasing traffic from TrafficHoopla.com, a perfect mix of traffic from all the current best advertising resources, delivered on an exact daily schedule, we do not allow frame~breakers.

"Find your inner web animal with the BBC Web Behaviour Test"

You are a Web Fox

We need as many people as possible to complete the experiment. Share your web animal with your friends and invite them to take part.

Fast-moving - Web Foxes like you are great at finding information quickly,

just as real-world foxes are always ready to pounce on an opportunity.

Sociable - Foxes are highly social animals, maintaining complex relationships with the other members of their social group. When you browse the web you are also a social creature, often using social networks, or other sites whose content is created by its users, as sources of information.

Adaptable - Web Foxes are highly adaptable multitaskers, able to do several things at the same time – just like real-world foxes who can rapidly change their behaviour to suit their environments.

How we worked out your web animal

Our web animals are just for fun, but the test is based on solid and rigorous science, so your results should tell you something interesting about your web behaviour.

Three aspects of your web behaviour were used to work out your web animal.

Adaptable or specialised?

We aren't always as good at multitasking as we think we are

The internet allows us to do lots of things at the same time. You might be listening to music and updating your blog while receiving news alerts and chatting online with friends. Then an email arrives. Can you switch seamlessly between different tasks? Or are you actually less efficient?

Indeed, a study from Stanford University in California suggests that people who spend their time multitasking might actually be less good at juggling tasks than non-multitaskers.

If you are an ‘adaptable’ web animal, then you scored highly on our tests that measured your ability to multitask. If your web animal is ‘specialised’, then you are probably better suited to taking on one task at a time.

Fast-moving or slow-moving?

What is Meridian Tapping and How Can It Help ME?

Last year there was a fr@e online event so big that if you had all of the people who attended gather in one place they wouldn't fit into
all but two professional football stadiums.

The event taught one technique…one process, that is so powerful that many people say it's  "too good to be true."

If you're a coach working to help people change their lives or just somebody looking to improve your own life you need to know this technique.

It's a technique that's rapidly changing the world. And it's a technique that you need to know how to use.

You have to check this out:

The event that ran last year… it's happening again this year and it starts on Sunday. It goes for ten days and is the absolute best resource that you'll find to learn both beginning and advanced strategies.

It's a fr@e event that is 100% content.  No pitches, no stringing you along with bits of information, just life changing information that you can

implement right away.

Make sure to attend.  It's like no other event you'll find. There is literally nothing else like this…

I hope to see you here,

Phillip Skinner

P.S. - The event starts on Sunday night (Feb. 21st) and goes for ten days. They're already way ahead of last year's pace on people registering to attend online for fr@e.   I'm guessing that no stadium in the world will have the capacity to hold the people that will attend online this year…

The internet and the way we access it has transformed our daily lives.

The BBC presents a special season of programmes looking at the internet - and how it became the world's first truly global revolution.

Over the last 20 years, the internet became a revolution - perhaps the first truly global revolution.

No-one planned it, and no-one can accurately predict its future.
SuperPower is a season of programmes across online, radio and television, investigating how the internet affects lives and has become the catalyst for a fundamental change in societies around the world.

During this season the BBC will look at how the Internet is changing all aspects of our lives. Season highlights include:
  • What it means to be connected and unconnected in the digital world
  • How it is shrinking the world and allowing us to experience each others lives in new ways
  • How it has changed cultural attitudes to marriage, dating and disability
  • Our MyWorld competition, where you can submit your two-minute film for our competition.
And we ask who is really shaping the web? Is it us - or the individuals and companies who have mastered the web?

Twitter Magic! - Top The SEO Rankings With Twitter!

4 No-Nos Of Twitter!
Let's briefly cover the 4 mistakes you need to avoid on Twitter...

In a Hurry? Go Here:

Mistake #1: Not using your picture as your profile avatar!

I'm sure you've seen it. Some users don't post their real picture.
Admittedly, a cartoon picture, or a cheaply made company logos is better
than no picture at all. But the best picture you can use if you want to make
a good impression and get people to remember you is a photo of your face.

When you post your own picture it lets others know that you are real and that you're confident enough with what you do to let others see you. You want people to recognize you as a leader in your market and having a face to go with a name always helps. A nice smile never hurts either.

Mistake #2: Automatically sending the wrong type of direct message through an AutoDM.

Direct messages can be seen as impersonal and pushy when they aren't
written properly. If you decide to use a tool that automatically send messages to your new followers keep it simple and friendly. A message saying 'thanks for following me' is fine, but sending automated messages promoting your business or product is not a good idea and most instances people will click the unfollow button right away.

Mistake #3: Trying to build a huge following before you have done some
tweeting.

People will not be interested in following you when they click on your
Twitter page to see what you've got, and notice you don't have much.
You need to have tweeted more than, "Trying to figure this Twitter out" and
"I think I've got it figured out now."

If you don't know what to say, try "retweeting" (RT) some other peoples'
tweets that that are related to your niche. Read what other people are
tweeting about and reply to them, this will help start up a conversation.
Talk about market related news, what you're doing on your business right now. That will give you several tweets to get the ball rolling.

Mistake #4: Tweeting promotion after promotion.

Yes, you are using Twitter to promote your business, but posting one offer
after another will only cause people to 'unfollow' you. When people look at your timeline and notice that you aren't posting anything of value to them they will quickly move on.

There are millions of Twitters to follow, why should they follow you when
you're only tweeting about promotions? Remember this basic rule of sales
"people want to know what's in it for me"?

Even if you already have a good list of leads, it is still not a good idea to
barrage them with promotions. As we have talked about before, promotional
tweets should be sent only in limited numbers.

These are just a few of the more common mistakes committed by new and old tweeters alike. Take note of them and don't make the same mistakes.

SEO rankings and more...

eMail from an Old Friend Subject Baby Boomers: We are Awesome!

Subject: Baby Boomer's: We are Awesome!
No matter what our kids and the new generation think about us,

 WE ARE AWESOME !!!!

OUR LIFE IS LIVING PROOF !!!!

To Those of Us Born 1930 - 1979

At the end of this email is a quote of the month by Jay Leno. If you don't read anything else, please read what he said. Very well stated, Mr. Leno.

TO ALL THE KIDS WHO SURVIVED THE 1930's, 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's!!

First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they were pregnant.

They took aspirin, ate blue cheese dressing, tuna from a can and didn't get tested for diabetes.
Then after that trauma, we were put to sleep on our tummies in baby cribs covered with bright colored lead-base paints.

We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, locks on doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had baseball caps not helmets on our heads..

As infants & children, we would ride in cars with no car seats, no booster seats, no seat belts, no air bags, bald tires and sometimes no brakes.

Riding in the back of a pick- up truck on a warm day was always a special treat.

We drank water from the garden hose and not from a bottle.

We shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle and no one actually died from this.

We ate cupcakes made with Lard, white bread, real butter and bacon. We drank  FLAV-OR- AID made with real white sugar. And, we weren't overweight.
WHY? Because we were always outside playing.... that's why!

We would leave home in the morning and play all day, as long as we were back when the streetlights came on..
No one was able to reach us all day. And, we were OKAY.

We would spend hours building our go-carts out of scraps and then ride them down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes. After running into the bushes a few times, we learned to solve the problem

We did not have Play stations, Nintendo' s and X-boxes.
There were no video games, no 150 channels on cable, no video movies or DVD's,

no surround-sound or CD's,

no cell phones,

no personal computers,

no Internet and no chat rooms.

WE HAD FRIENDS and we went outside and found them!

We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and there were no lawsuits from these accidents.

We would get spankings with wooden spoons, switches, ping pong paddles, or just a bare hand and no one would call child services to report abuse.

We ate worms and mud pies made from dirt, and the worms did not live in us forever.

We were given BB guns for our 10th birthdays, made up games with sticks and tennis balls and, although we were told it would happen, we did not put out very many eyes.

We rode bikes or walked to a friend's house and knocked on the door or rang the bell, or just walked in and talked to them.

Little League had tryouts and not everyone made the team.

Those who didn't had to learn to deal with disappointment. Imagine that!!

The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke the law was unheard of. They actually sided with the law!

These generations have produced some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers and inventors ever.

The past 50 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas. What can kids today do besides push buttons.

We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned how to deal with it all..

If YOU are one of them, CONGRATULATIONS!

You might want to share this with others who have had the luck to grow up as kids, before the lawyers and the government regulated so much of our lives for our own good (?).

While you are at it, forward it to your kids so they will know how brave and lucky their parents were.

Kind of makes you want to run through the house with scissors, doesn't it ?

The quote of the month is by
Jay Leno:

'With hurricanes, tornado's, fires out of control, mud slides, flooding, severe thunderstorms tearing up the country from one end to another, and with the threat of H1N1 flu and terrorist attacks, are we sure this is a good time to take God out of the Pledge of Allegiance?'

For those that prefer to think that God is not watching over us.... go ahead and delete this.

For the rest of us...pass this on.

List Building with Articles

Anyone can write an article. The trick is to write an article that’s engaging enough to attract attention and get read from top to bottom… all the way down to your byline that links to your site. That’s your goal – and that’s what we’re discussing in this issue in these three steps:

1) SIZZLING titles.

2) SENSATIONAL articles.

3) SEARCH ENGINE bait.

Let’s start with your title…

1) SIZZLING Titles

OK, so an article isn’t the same thing as an advertisement. But nonetheless, using the copywriting rules you’ve learned will help you write better articles. In particular, this applies to creating headlines for your articles.

Just like your ad and landing page headlines, your article headlines will benefit from promising a benefit and/or arousing curiosity. Your headlines will also benefit from using trigger words like “how to,” “easy” and “discover.”

Remember this:

People want solutions to their problems.
But they also want these solutions to be quick and easy.

As such, make sure your headline (title) doesn’t make the solution sound like it’s a lot of work.

Example: list building using article writing | Nicheology

The Art of being Rich

Wealth, however, is not money. Money is about persuading you to give up your abundance in exchange for something which is, intrinsically, completely worthless. The objective is to give to those who "print" money the power to control your life.

Money was, in fact, very little used until about 300 years ago.

We are now well into the next "phase" in which the value of money is steadily reduced in order to force you to invest steadily more effort into getting enough of it to survive. The more time and effort you put into getting money, the less you will notice of what is going on around you.

The creation of poverty has always been the prime tool for the creation of a dictatorship.

Money, however, belongs to the whole of mankind. That means that you, too, can do whatever you like with it. You do NOT need to supinely accept the crumbs which fall off the banker's table but can stand up and help yourself to as many armfuls of the stuff as you like.

Remember, the bankers can never take your power, they can only (successfully to date) persuade you to voluntarily give it to them! It's now time to take it back, isn't it? This is how:

The first thing that you need to do is to find your income comfort level. By this I mean the level at which an "inner voice" says, "I can do that". Say, for example, you're getting 1000 (Dollars, Euros, Pounds, Dinars, whatever they're called where you are) each month. Try closing your eyes and visualising getting 1100 each month. How does that feel? Disappointing or do you burst with joy? If your reaction is joy then this is the sum to work with. If it's disappointing, try 1150 then 1200 and so forth until you find your own joyous level.

Always, always, always bear in mind that this is not a competition but your personal joy and abundance. What you are happy to receive is perfect for you. What others may do belongs to their life path and has nothing whatsoever to do with you. You are here to practice being who YOU want to be!

I Gotta Feeling You Will Like This Tune Too

Gotta Feeling You Will Like This Tune Too

Favorite song by them and just love this video too! - I like most have run hot and cold with this band - The album seems to implode in on itself, song after song, same after same. I then discussed the album with a friend who convinced me I had to listen again to I Gotta Feelin' - Reluctant at first, I listened and loved it.

Then I saw the video and I loved it even more (I wish all my nights out were like that!!)

More Than a Song - But but In my opinion, this is a 5 star show.

Life is not holding a good hand; Life is playing a poor hand well.

Beauty comes from the inside but a good surface polish never did any harm, Give your self the power of good and get ready to glow just like the star you are, it just takes a little fun effort

Live your life each day as you would climb a mountain. An occasional glance towards the summit keeps the goal in mind, but many beautiful scenes are to be observed from each new vantage point.

Harriet Hodgson – Author Spotlight

Expert Author Harriet Hodgson, BS, MA, is in today's Author Spotlight.

Harriet is not your typical article marketer. She started out as a teacher and earned a BS with honors from Wheelock College in Boston, MA. She went on to earn an MA in Art Education from the University of Minnesota and did additional graduate work. After spending a dozen years in the classroom, she changed careers and turned to writing.

She's now been an Independent Journalist for more than 30 years and is the author of 27 published books and hundreds of print and electronic articles. She's a member of the American Society of Journalists and Authors, the Association of Health Care Journalists, and the Association for Death Education and Counseling. Amazingly, she is also an active GRG (grandparent raising grandchildren) of teens.

Harriet's education and life experience give her a unique and wise position from which to write her articles. In many ways she is a model for combining article marketing with passion and expertise to benefit not only herself, but her readers as well.

You may not have the benefits of Harriet’s education and expertise (few of us do!), but that doesn’t mean you can’t experience comparable success with your article marketing.

Here are 5 lessons from Harriet that you can put into practice today:

  1. Write about what you know and are passionate about.

  2. Just write! Sometimes opportunities come from unexpected directions.

  3. Don’t make excuses for not writing articles. Everybody has demands on their time, energy and concentration.

  4. Strive for quality and read your articles aloud before you submit them.

  5. Enter your author name in search engines and use what you find to gain new information.

Now put these lessons to good use by writing a whole new crop of fresh, high-quality articles. Speaking of crops, don’t forget to make hay while the sun shines! Article review times are still less than 24 business hours, so now’s the time to get that backlog of articles written and submitted.

We asked Harriet to share some of her experience and expertise with the rest of the EzineArticles community.

And leave a comment for Harriet. I’m sure she’d love to hear from you. :)

No time to hit the gym because you’re always stuck at the office?

No time to hit the gym because you’re always stuck at the office? Then bring the gym to you with these moves, which you can do right at your desk.

You Will Need
    * A desk
    * A desk chair with wheels

Step 1: Work your arms
Work your arms. While seated, lift your feet and push your chair back with your arms. When they’re fully extended, pull the chair back to the desk. Do this five times a few times a day to work your biceps, triceps, and pectorals.

Step 2: Do the funky chicken
Do the funky chicken. Place your fingers on your shoulders, elbows pointing out to the sides. Pull your elbows back as far as you can, then push them forward and try to touch them together. Repeat 10 times.

Step 3: Do more funky chicken
Do the funky chicken, part two. Keeping your fingertips on your shoulders, lift your elbows up and then push them down to your sides, as if you’re flapping wings. Repeat 10 times to relax shoulder and upper back muscles and relieve neck tension.

Step 4: Work your back
Work your triceps and back. Put your right hand over your shoulder, touching your upper back. Reach your left hand behind you and try to join your hands. Hold for five. Do this three times several times a day on both sides.
One side will be much easier for you, depending on your dominant side.

Step 5: Tone that butt
Tone that butt by squeezing and holding your butt cheeks for five to ten seconds. Repeat six to eight times several times a day. For maximum results, squeeze as tight as you can.
As you get out of your chair throughout the day, try to use only your leg muscles, leaving your arms at your sides and keeping your spine straight. This gives the muscles in your legs a quick workout.

Step 6: Let’s twist
Let’s twist. Put your left hand on the back of your right armrest, and slowly twist your torso towards the right. Repeat with your right hand and left arm rest. This relaxes the lower back and trims the tummy and waist.

Step 7: Hug your hamstring
Work your lower body, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Put your hands under your right thigh and pull your knee toward your chest. Extend your leg straight out in front of you and hold for a few seconds. Do five reps with each leg.

Now, Whoever Said History Was Boring!

There is an old Hotel/Pub in Marble Arch, London, which used to have a gallows adjacent to it. Prisoners were taken to the gallows, (after a fair trial of course) to be hung. The horse drawn dray, carting the prisoner, was accompanied by an armed guard, who would stop the dray outside the pub and ask the prisoner if he would like ''ONE LAST DRINK''. If he said YES, it was referred to as “ONE FOR THE ROAD” If he declined, that prisoner was “ON THE WAGON” So there you go. More bleeding history..

They used to use urine to tan animal skins, so families used to all pee in a pot & then once a day it was taken & sold to the tannery. If you had to do this to survive you were, "Piss Poor", but worse than that, were the really poor folk, who couldn’t even afford to buy a pot, they "Didn’t have a pot to Piss in" & were the lowest of the low.

The next time you are washing your hands and complain, because the water temperature isn't just how you like it, think about how things used to be.
Here are some facts about the 1500’s: Most people got married in June, because they took their yearly bath in May and they still smelled pretty good by June. However, since they were starting to smell, brides carried a bouquet of flowers, to hide the body odour.
Hence the custom today, of carrying a bouquet when getting married...

Baths consisted of a big tub filled with hot water. The man of the house had the privilege of the nice clean water, then all the other sons and men, then the women and finally the children, ‘Last of all the babies’ by then the water was so dirty you could actually lose someone in it. Hence the saying, "Don't throw the baby out with the Bath water!"

Houses had thatched roofs, thick straw piled high, with no wood underneath. It was the only place for animals to get warm, so all the cats and other small animals (mice, bugs) lived in the roof. When it rained it became slippery and sometimes the animals would slip and fall off the roof. Hence the saying "It's raining cats and dogs."

There was nothing to stop things from falling into the house. This posed a real problem in the bedroom, where bugs and other droppings could mess up your nice clean bed. Hence, a bed with big posts and a sheet hung over the top, afforded some protection. That's how canopy beds came into existence.

The floor was dirt. Only the wealthy had something other than dirt, ‘Hence the saying’ "Dirt Poor." The wealthy had slate floors, that would get slippery in the winter when wet, so they spread thresh (straw) on floor to help keep their footing. As the winter wore on, they added more thresh, until, when you opened the door, it would all start slipping outside. A piece of wood was placed in the entrance-way. Hence: a thresh hold. (Getting quite an education, aren't you?)

In those old days, they cooked in the kitchen with a big kettle that always hung over the fire. Every day, they lit the fire and added things to the pot. They ate mostly vegetables and did not get much meat. They would eat the stew for dinner, leaving leftovers in the pot to get cold overnight, and then start over the next day. Sometimes stew had food in it that had been there for quite a while. Hence the rhyme: ''Peas porridge hot, peas’ porridge cold, pea’s porridge in the pot, and nine days old''.

Sometimes they could obtain pork, which made them feel quite special. When visitors came over, they would hang up their bacon, to show off. It was a sign of wealth that a man could, "Bring home the Bacon." They would cut off a little, to share with guests and would all sit around talking and ''Chew the fat''.

Those with money had plates made of pewter. Food with high acid content caused some of the lead to leach onto the food, causing lead poisoning & death. This happened most often with tomatoes, so for the next 400 years or so, tomatoes were considered poisonous.

Bread was divided, according to status. Workers got the burnt bottom of the loaf, the family got the middle, and guests got the top, or ''The Upper Crust''.

Lead cups were used to drink ale or whisky. The combination would sometimes knock the imbibers out for a couple of days. Someone walking along the road would take them for dead and prepare them for burial. They were laid out on the kitchen table for a couple of days and the family would gather around and eat and drink and wait and see if they would wake up. ‘Hence the custom of’ ''Holding a Wake''.

England is old and small and the local folks started running out of places to bury people. So, they would dig up coffins and would take the bones to a bone-house and reuse the grave. When reopening these coffins, 1 out of 25 coffins were found to have scratch marks on the inside and they realized they had been burying people alive. So they would tie a string on the wrist of the corpse, thread it through the coffin and up through the ground and tie it to a bell. Someone would have to sit out in the graveyard all night, (the graveyard shift) to listen for the bell; thus, someone could be, ''Saved by the Bell '' or was considered a ''Dead Ringer'' And that's the truth.

Now, whoever said History was boring!! So . . . get out there and educate someone! Share these facts with a friend, like I just did!!

How To Become a Gmail Ninja

Become a Gmail Ninja

Learn tips and tricks to save time, increase your productivity, and manage your email efficiently. Start with the tips that are right for you, based on how much email you get each day.
  • White belt
  • Green belt
  • Black belt
  • Gmail master

White belt: I get a few messages a day

  1. Use stars to indicate a note is special.

Use stars to easily mark certain messages as important or indicate that you need to reply to them later. Try Superstars in Gmail Labs for more star options.

  2. Reply by chat.

Before you respond to an email, check the footer of the message to see if the other person is online. If they're available, you can save time by clicking "Reply by chat" and get them in real-time rather than over email.

  3. Organize your email with labels.

Labels do the work of folders, plus you can add more than one to a single message. Give important emails brightly colored labels, and you'll be able to scan your inbox and quickly find the good stuff.

  4. Clean up your inbox using "Move to" -- it works just like folders.

You can use the "Move to" button at the top of your inbox to easily move a message out of your inbox and add a label at the same time -- just as if you were moving it to a folder. If you have lots of labels, you can pick the one you want by typing the first couple characters and let auto-complete find the right one.

  5. Search your mail instead of sorting.

Instead of sorting by date or sender, you can enter keywords in the Gmail search box to find the exact message you're looking for. It works just like Google search: if you're looking for a message that contains the word "shopping," simply type shopping in the search box and press Search Mail.

  6. Archive messages to tidy up your inbox without deleting anything.

Gmail gives you tons of free storage space so you can save everything you want. While messages in your trash get deleted after 30 days, archived messages are kept forever. Archiving messages moves them out of your inbox and into "All Mail" for safekeeping, so you can search for them later. It's like moving old email to a giant storage room that you never have to organize.

Thirty Day Challenge Coming Home Seminar Kenny Goodmans Blog

#TDCHome Recap & First Ever Blog!

posted: December 4th, 2009

Their down to earth attitude as they present themselves as peers NOT superiors.

What better day to do my first blog post than the week after the totally awesome Thirty Day Challenge Coming Home Seminar in Manchester! Hashed as #TDCHome on Twitter!

The dust is settling and our good friends from down under are back in the sunshine leaving a wet & cold Manchester behind.

It was a monumental weekend for me and although I spent a lot of it absolutely crapping myself about having to properly present for the first time on the Sunday I was able to take in some juicy nuggets throughout.

It wasn’t just a weekend of information though. It was a weekend of meeting and bonding with some fantastic people and a weekend I will remember for the rest of my life.

The event started on the Friday morning with Ed Dale warming up the audience nicely with some home truths about building & launching products. The theme – “don’t wait to produce the perfect product before getting it out of the door, just get on with it and stop p*ssing around!” – rang out loud in lot’s of ears whilst Donal, Nathan and I were caught sheepishly glancing at each other throughout. Hence me setting up this blog this week!

WebComp Analyst

If you still haven't purchased WebComp Analyst, then it may be that you just don't believe what I have to say about its powerful, yet simple, keyword analysis abilities.

That's cool, but perhaps you'll believe this REAL customer's INCREDIBLE story about what WebComp Analyst does for him EVERY DAY:
"
I use WCA every single day - multiple times a day!

I have to say that WebCompAnalyst is one of only 2 SEO tools that I use for helping me decide, with scary accuracy, the BEST keywords to target for my URLs to get lots of FREE traffic from a top ranking in Google.

With just one click of its "Analyze Competition" button, I can spot keywords that are very likely to appear in Google's top 10 results - within SECONDS.

I combine this tool with Google's free Keyword Tool to QUICKLY find HIGHLY-SEARCHED keywords to target. What used to take me WEEKS to do, I can now do them in a FRACTION of the time.

You can't imagine my joy when Jonathan released this software about 2 years ago. It keeps getting better and better all the time - and I continue to count my good blessings to have discovered it when I did.

You see, it's like having a full-time employee working for you and ON CALL 24 hours a day doing all the research for you. However, you don't have to pay him a salary every single month, since WCA is a LOW one-time cost. It also does the job faster, never gets bored doing it, and never calls in sick!

I love it so much that I use it every single day, multiple times a day. I not only use it to spot new keywords with high potential of a top 10 listing, but also to check on my URLs rising up the rankings in Google after I've set a backlinking campaign in motion, knowing for sure that I'm on the right track.

ALL my students in my potent Google Magic System coaching program are required to buy it in their quest to getting top Google rankings themselves for keywords relevant to their URLs.

There's NOTHING else like WCA on the market, and I've used practically all of them.

So yes, I can't recommend it highly enough. Go GET it NOW.

There you have it -- out of the mouth (or keyboard!) of yet another VERY satisfied WebComp Analyst customer.

So in the first 2010 keywords of above, "Go GET it NOW"!

Here's the link: http://webcompanalyst.com/

And here's to your success
