Yes, it is called "the AWESOME"

I have a confession to make.

Do you want to know the real reason why I have spent so much time mastering video and audio?

I totally fear writing.

My spelling is atrocious! Grammar, virtually non-existent and of course I get words that sound alike mixed up.

In my year 12 exams (the equivalent of SAT's or O levels)  I failed English. Normally, that would have meant that I failed my high school diploma and would not qualify to go to university.

(Fortunately, I was pretty darn good at physics. They figured, that I must know something and it gave me an exception and I passed.)

Another confession, for all  my geek skills I can't type. Over the years I have developed a sort of  hybrid  typing system. Trouble is, I'm really slow and given how much I try to do it really is a great weakness.

Hence, getting good at audio and video. I don't have to type or spell then!

 NOW, that has all changed!

Thanks to  Mac speech dictate, I can write reports with the best of them (today, I am going to give you a link to my very first effort.)

Here's the point.

You may be really concerned about product creation,

I was scared witless trying to do any sort of  report! But I figured, if I am going to teach you guys the best, the fastest, and the easiest ways to create products. I had to show you that even I (with the right tools!) can earn this stuff to.

 (yes, it is called "the AWESOME" -- this is a joke, rather than a statement of fact although I figure if I call it that it holds me to a higher standard!)

 So, how did I do it?

The first thing I did was go through the process in real life taking screen-shots as I went (there are some killer cheap or free tools you can use to do this).

This gave me a structure. I then went to my trusty livescribe notebook and sketched out a quick mind map of what I want to say (of course, in the 30 DC plus, we will be showing you how to do all of this).

Time taken to  this point -- 20 minutes.

I then fired up one of my favorite new programs -- "write room" -- it's ingenious, in its simplicity. It darkens out your screen, gets rid of all the distractions and focuses you on writing.

For the longest time,  this is where I would freeze up.

Enter MacSpeech Dictate (Dragon dictate, is the PC equivalent).
This is speech recognition program. This type of program used to suck!

Now, they are beyond awesome. With about 30 minutes training and a decent microphone its recognition of what you're saying is uncanny.

I spent, two hours dictating out that report. Think about it, two hours to create a report that will circulate around the Internet for ages. That's Leverage.

Then I let it sit overnight. Each day, for the next two days I would spend half an hour editing (I fear to call it that because I'm sure sharp listeners/readers will pick up a few spelling errors  here and there!)

How did I make the report look that good? It must have taken you hours!

Nope, it took 30 minutes.

I shouldn't be really telling you this because it's such a cool secret weapon. I used a program on the Macintosh called PAGES and I used one of the professionally designed templates.

I grabbed Paul Young's brilliant photos of the over the edge conference in Orlando and just dragged them into place.

Let it sit overnight, (that trick was taught to me by Gary Halbert)  made small changes, created the PDF (another automatic function inside of pages)

Hey presto! My first report was created.

Creating content, making products and looking after your market places is not a gift.

It is an easily learned skill.

That is what 30 DC plus it is all about.

 After two years of planning, next week, we will open up 30 PC plus to its first founding members. These members will get a locked in price (which my accountants tell me is crazy.) That will set a new standard for value/price performance.

So Boomers -- at least those few who thought beyond the next Visa bill -- were forced to face the necessity of saving for their old age. It went against all their instincts, which cry out “consume! consume! consume!”, but the investing business made it all sound safe and easy, even fun. Remember Freedom 55, the advertising campaign that suggested we could all retire rich, like ... tomorrow? It worked because it fed the fantasy we all lived by, i.e. that just a few more years and we can escape to a life of cocktails and golf.
All you had to do, according to the investment gurus, was set up an RRSP, siphon off regular contributions, and let the magic of the market do the rest. Yes there were risks, but that’s why you paid a fee to the advisors, so they could apply their expertise to safeguarding your capital. They would “diversify.” They would tap into foreign markets, because Canada’s was too small to offer security. They would come up with new products that offered safety and regular returns. Income Trusts! Yeah, that was a good one.
Technology stocks! Commodities! GICs, which guarantee a return, were bad, because the profit was small. I totally agree with your article. I was divorced after being married 33 three years. I just did not realize what a favour my ex had done to me. My life is lovely now. I have sorted out a job and settled into my doll's house two bed terrace. I come out of work worn out but with a big smile on my face and feeling so happy that I can go home alone. I would like to go out for a meal with male company just for a bit of different conversation but girl friends it is for the time being but that's ok. My ex very quickly moved in with someone else and I hear is not very happy but I certainly am hooray!

t’s a common misconception that the entire goal of link building is to get more links. You look at the top pages ranking for your keyphrases and see they have a lot of sites linking to them and assume you need to get a similar amount of links if you want to compete. Hi this is my journey to understanding then sharing the meaning of Good Play! from the day we are born we all have the ability to implement Natural Movement Practices, allow me to take you back to the mind set of curiosities and child-like exploration? “Example” when younger we could crouch down, kneels, roll, do hand stands, climb walls, trees, jump puddles, duck down, dive and weave?

So tell me how is it as we approach our fifties we suddenly get so stiff we start to bend from our backs instead of crouching down from our knees to pick things up from the floor? We sit in chairs to eat, to work, to watch TV, to rest even play! etc etc ... knowing this short descriptive outline are you surprised that knees, hips replacement surgery is at a all time high?

But strangely enough only in the WEST its a fact in the EASTERN countries like Japan its almost unheard of “replacement surgery” … no surprise you will find people in their mid even late seventies can sit on the floor crossed legged even jump up from that low position from the floor ...

So this is my project my passion! I have a good friend Dennis Bartram who for the last 35 years has worked, played, studied, he even built a school of therapist from around the globe who work the healing part of this Eastern martial arts art Ninjutsu this segment is called Amatsu there are four segments to this therapy Anma, Seitai, Shinden Jutsu, Kenku Jutsus,

Here an Amatsu practitioner therapy balance includes: all muscles are reciprocally balanced, that is to say they are in a balanced tension with a partner. Similar to guide ropes acting on a tent pole to maintain its position If one muscle becomes unbalanced the opposing muscle must adapt for those changes, which often results in joint strains. In fact 90% of joint problems occur due to imbalanced muscle pulls, to evaluate a person’s problem; with muscle testing enables the practitioner to elicit both the weak muscles and the tight muscles in your body.

My intension is to bring to the public arena what this guy Dennis Bartram does on a daily basis to keep himself in peek condition to be able to do the things he does to demonstrate what he preaches to others works for him in this first post you will find 2 videos of the Budo element from where this video maintenance workshop will start from then I will show you his school teachings where and how he trains his practitioners then how he unwinds by using all these skills to work in his own garden paradise.

Thought for the DAY Nothing Stays the Same As the decades fade by one thing for certain for all humans Yes’s this includes you oh peering one as you sit on this wonderful planet by surfing to this page please understand! … This has to do with wisdom related to and from life as lived with out any health wealth no-action barriers every thought can be and usually are “think about it?” … Materialized …

As we spin into the future we soon come to learn that really oh yes really Nothing Stays the Same even our body's respond differently in movement UNDERSTAND? so my quest is to pioneer a website with wisdom as the key to use with sharing learned knowledge that will help everyone who like me in the past few decades thought that in life every thing stayed the same.

The human upright bipedal walk has in it the potential for a body- mind- spirit principle known as SHIN GI TAI ICHI. This translates as SHIN our spirit or affective domain, GI as the person in the kin-aesthetic or psychomotor domain and the TAI the mind in the cognitive realm. As we walk move and work in this behavior, any performed task is in the NOW ICHI as one moment. This form of awareness and movement is our heritage of nature's evolvement of the psyche-soma of the upright bipedal human.

I utilise and explain the virtues of this kind of movement to the therapists I train. Firstly, it encompasses a high level of ergonomic safety for the practitioner and secondly becomes the generator of the tactile power and feeling for the psychomotor skill of the therapy. As my research develops, I hope to develop a program of videos demonstrating movement-orientated exercises to help bring out better wellness awareness in all body conditions.
A few years ago I heard the term floating bones back then it really did not have the meaning or impact it has today in my life as for my sitting, especially crouching, even standing my knees especially have to be maintained on a daily basis with exercises that fit into my busy life style … I know … I know … we all wait usually to late before we take our bodies maintenance seriously because in today’s society especially if your a GP a doctors trusting kind of person if your knees hurt for a long spell … you can simply put your name down to have knee replacement surgery or maybe a pain relief prescription might do the trick if your in real pain in your joints or any where else in the body

BUT what if through a series of instruction, reading, digesting information from those who understand the how to’s ... and of course taking daily action to maintain ones own body could give you the floating bones feeling every time you moved it was with a painless effort? … now that to me has to be worth some time and study to find out what the best way to treat our bodies so we can still be flexible to a ripe old age now this topic has to be worth every ones time and concentration

This tip may sound dumb, ... then ... please look at your website once again: do you really need this background sound (most people find them annoying anyways). Is that huge GIF animation with jumping bunny really that cool ? And do you really need this crappy JavaScript code for the flying clock ? Remember, all this stuff needs time and bandwidth to be loaded with every page view and don't forget the most important thing: People are visiting your website to get information - just give them what they want!

Avoid nested tables
Don't place tables inside another tables - the browsers need much longer to parse this.
Use CSS where possible
By using a linked Cascading Style Sheet, which is basically just a set of instructions of how to represent elements your source code will be a lot lighter, therefore load faster. For example, you could replace this code:

See the difference ? There are many good internet sources where you can learn some CSS basics. Invest some time in it - it's worth it !
Optimize your images !

Images are the most heavy part of many websites. Try to reduce the amount of images as much as you can. Remove all the fancy GIF animations and replace them with static images.

Always define the width and height of an image by setting the image tag attributes. That way, the browser will already know how the things will look like and will load the rest of the page. Otherwise, it loads the image first and then the rest of the page.

Consider using smaller clickable thumbnails instead of big images where possible.

Reduce the filesize of your images - there are a lot of free tools out there. For example, GIFCruncher for GIFs and JPEG Wizard for JPEGs.

Use GIFs instead of JPEGs. JPEGS are only good for fine images like photos, for all other web graphics GIF is usually a better choice.

Clean up your code
Many WYSIWYG HTML editors leave a lot of unnecessary code like empty tags (like ) and comments in your source code. remove them with a simple text editor for a faster website loading.

Remove whitespaces
Every unnecessary space between your tags and new line characters are increasing your page size.
